By accessing, using, obtaining content, data, materials, information, products or services through the Park Street London Ltd website, including contacting us through the quote service, email addresses, any phone numbers displayed on our website or contacting us any other way, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you do not accept all of the terms, then you are not permitted use our website.
Bookings: Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfer payments are accepted without charge. Payments with AMEX are subject to a 3.5% surcharge. You undertake to us that the details you give to us are correct in particular that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the car hire and any related charges.
Minimum Age: All drivers must be 25 years or over unless a special permission is granted. No person must drive the vehicle without prior consent.
Drivers Licence: Full current driving licence valid for more than two years.
Hours of Hire: All hires are made in 24 hour periods, if the car is returned more than 1 hour after the hire ends a full day has to be accounted for.
Use of Vehicle: The vehicle may not be used for any purposes for which they are not expressly designed or permitted, the hirer will not use or permit the vehicles to be used for hire, driving tuition, towing, racing or pace making or competing in any rally or any other form of motor sport , track days or illegal purpose.
Liability: In the event of mechanical breakdown of the car/unforeseen circumstances, Park Street London Ltd will replace the car with an equivalent or upgraded car. Should no other car be available of a similar standing or if you choose not to have the replacement car offered we will rearrange the hire for another date. Every effort will be made to provide the vehicle chosen.
Documents required: To complete the reservation please send a copy of the following forms of identification:
Passport, Driving Licence, Credit Card(s) you wish to use for the reservation deposit, the balance payment and the pre –authorised Security Deposit, the signed Park Street London Ltd client confirmation letter (issued once the deposit is taken).

Security Deposit: There is a Security Deposit required on each car for which processing is required the day before delivery of the hired car. The Credit Card is not charged, it is merely preauthorised and acts as the excess, for example should you damage the car or you incur speeding or parking fines. Liability for each and every accident involving any damage to, or loss of the vehicle, and/or third party vehicle during the rental period depends on the insurance excess for that vehicle and conditions will apply. Any damage found to the vehicle resulting in further investigation will require the deposit being frozen until checks are carried out and we reserve the right to do so. Security deposits will be held in fault or non-fault accidents until the outcome of the accident is determined and the hirer will be responsible for the excess on the policy and or the damage and costs. Park Street London Ltd will not be held responsible for anyone driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, causing wilful damage, off road driving or driving without due care and attention. You as the renter accept full responsibility in respect of such claims.
Fuel policy: The car will be delivered to you with a full tank and it should be returned with a full tank.
Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel your reservation then the deposit taken by Park Street London Ltd is non refundable however it will be held as a credit for use towards your next reservation (by you or a nominated third party authorised by you). The full amount of the hire is payable in the event of cancellation with less than 14 days notice. We do not allow refunds in the event of the hire contract being terminated early. We suggest that the vehicle is booked only for the period required. If the hirer wishes to extend the rental, he/she must advise us directly. Failure to do this can result in the withdrawal of insurance cover.
Important Disclosure
We sometimes may act as a broker for third party supplier of a vehicle. This means that the contract for the supply of that vehicle could be between you and the third party supplier. In most cases standard terms apply, however there may be additional terms and conditions governing the contract as each supplier will have specific terms and conditions relating to that particular vehicle. Signing of the confirmation letter does not form a contract between you and Park Street London Ltd, but only a confirmation that you are accepting the hire terms that have been relayed to you by Park Street London Ltd on behalf of the supplier. If the contract for the car hire is between you and the supplier any queries or concerns that may arise, in particular with reference to damages, extra mileage, security deposits etc. are the responsibility of the car supplier. If your car rental contract is not with Park Street London Ltd but with a third party supplier, we may pass your credit card details and any other essential booking details to that third party. The placing of an order for car hire by you will constitute consent to us passing on such details should we deem necessary. If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform Park Street London Ltd as soon as possible. Park Street London Ltd cannot accept liability for any charges incurred as a result of documentation signed for and accepted locally. You agree that Park Street London Ltd is in no way responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of information and services rendered by any third party supplier. Your interaction with any of our third party suppliers is at your own risk, and Park Street London Ltd will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with them. Your interaction with any third parties that has come about through our website does not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute any responsibility, liability, sponsorship or approval of Park Street London Ltd by any such third party, or any affiliation between any such third party and Park Street London Ltd.
We own our website, the text, images, software, trademarks, service marks and other material contained on our website. You will not duplicate or transmit any of the content, except for personal, non-commercial use on your own computer. All copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights notices included in our content must appear on all copies you print, and may not be used for any commercial purpose, both online and offline. Your use and access to our website does not grant you any license or right to use any of our materials included on our website. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by us infringe your copyright, you or your agent may send us a written notice via email. If your claims are found to be correct, we will remove those materials from the website.
